How to accreditate?
Czech and Slovak Quality Board, z.s. (CaSQB) as the official regional representative of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB®) for the Czech Republic and Slovakia ensures the accreditation of training providers and the accreditation of training materials.
Accredited training providers must demonstrate that they use appropriate teaching materials and best practices and that their training materials are in line with the current ISTQB® syllabi for the certification level. Accreditation ensures that trainers have sufficient skills and experience in both software testing and training. Trainer requirements are defined globally by the ISTQB® (in the form of an accreditation process) and implemented locally by CaSQB.
CaSQB provides accreditation in Czech, Slovak and English, for CTFL and CTAL modules. All applicants wishing to offer accredited training courses must submit an application by filling-in the Application for accreditation form and pay the fee according to the price list. This applies to both the first application and the application for extension of accreditation. The fee is paid for the accreditation of training materials for the selected module in one language and is non-refundable. The accreditation is valid for 3 years, after which it is necessary to apply for re-accreditation.

Mutual Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement
